Jordan and Mindi Linscombe have been married for nearly 20 years and are the proud parents of four kids. As working parents, they are the owners of Something New: Bridal and Formalwear—one of the top bridal shops in the world. They also lead a business advisory firm for other bridal shop owners, a real estate development company, and the Something New Foundation.

Mindi Linscombe is the Co-Host of The Something New Show, Owner of Something New: Bridal & Formalwear, and the visionary behind Bridal Owner Success Solutions (BOSS), and Something New Foundation. With 17 years of industry expertise, Mindi has served over 15,000 brides, including high-profile clients like Kari Jobe, Trey and Katie Kennedy, and Jimmy Darts & Maria Darts. As an industry thought leader, Mindi has coached and mentored over 1,000 bridal shop owners worldwide, helping her 90+ active coaching clients collectively generate over $97 million annually.
 
Mindi is passionate about leading well together in marriage with Jordan, being and intentional working parent of 4, and cultivating businesses that give back in big ways.

What's up! I’m Jordan

Jordan Linscombe is the Co- Host of The Something New Show and Owner of Something New: Bridal & Formalwear. He and Mindi are passionate about helping married couples who are both working parents build unified partnerships where each person thrives at home and in their calling. 
 
With a background in finance and global operations since 2007, Jordan also brings diverse leadership experience and skills from 14 years of working in over 30 countries—training teams and launching initiatives in both English and Spanish. He now applies that expertise to real estate investing, coaching bridal business owners through BOSS (Bridal Owner Success Solutions), and leading community impact efforts as President of The Something New Foundation.
 
Married to Mindi since 2005 and a proud dad of four, Jordan is committed to helping working couples and families win—on purpose and with purpose.
